Sea Of Lies

A beautiful blue nail polish with a pink / green / blue shifting large particle shimmer.
This polish is incredibly beautiful! It uses a large particle shimmer to give it an almost foil type finish.
Opaque in 2 - 3 coats depending on your application, top coat recommended for a glossy finish.
